Joe takes on the RideLondon-Surrey 100 challenge
Joe Withers Green says he jumped at the chance to take part in RideLondon 2015 event “mainly because I wanted to support and promote the work of the 999 Club, a charity whose work I have personally been involved in delivering in the past and which is so important to those who use it”. A keen cycler, he was also drawn to the chance to cycle on traffic free roads for a day and be involved in such a large and special event. So far he has raised nearly £1,500, with donations still coming in regularly. He said “I’m really glad to know that all of the donations are going to support the 999 Club its work”.
