Looking for inspiration on how to raise funds for us? Check out some of the ideas below.

Hostess with the mostess
Invite your friends over for dinner, cook up a storm, and ask them to pay what they might normally pay for a night out. If you want to make it spicier add a dress up theme too!

Carry on at Christmas
Make the most of the festive season by getting people to give a little back by organising a carol concert, christmas pudding competition or wearing your stockings to work. If it all gets a little much, you could always raffle off unwanted pressies in January, or have a sponsored get fit goal in January!

Cake off
Host a coffee and cake morning or an afternoon tea at home, work or your local community. Get as many people as you can to contribute a cake, and even more people to come and pay to eat it!

Old fashioned sports day
Get together a gang of friends, family or colleagues for an old fashioned sports day. Each person can pay to enter for egg and spoon races, wheelbarrow races and sack races and more! Last one in is the rascal!

Bored gaming?
From Ludo to Cluedo – have some mates round for an evening of board games.

Sing it!
Get together for an evening of karaoke. People can pay to sing their favourite tunes.

Twistathon
Want to play Twister for 12 hours? Or do the Twist for longer? Get people to sponsor you and your mates for a marathon of something you love… reading, swimming, watching films, or even keeping quiet. Shhh!

Dress up day
Get your colleagues to pay to dress up at work. Choose a theme to inspire them, for example super heroes, myths and legends, halloween, superstars. Get people to pay double if they don’t dress up!

Quizzical
Organise a dinner quiz or pub quiz and get each person to pay to enter. See if you can get some donated prizes for the winner, like a free round of drinks from the bar!

Swear box
Fed up with people swearing at work? Set up a swear box and everything raised can be donated.
