MOVE +

When you move into a new home after a period of being homeless, it can be difficult to know what to do next; the realities of getting settled in; dealing with the letters and bills; getting used to a new area; trying to make your accommodation feel like your own home. Meanwhile, thinking about the future, your goals and priorities now that you’ve found somewhere to live, can also be challenging.

Move+ is a service designed to empower you to live independently, navigate the realities of setting up and maintaining a stable home, while progressing on a path towards the long-term future you want.

Everyone who joins Move+ is linked with a Peer Coach - a member of our team with lived experience of homelessness who can offer encouragement, moral support, and help finding the services and opportunities you need to move forward.

We can support you to become more connected to your local community, get involved in activities you enjoy, as well as help you develop the confidence, knowledge and skills to progress.

“What I love about Move+ is that I’m in charge, I choose my path with my Peer Coach in my corner, on my team.”
